Some of my most used essential oils

1. Lavender

Lavender essential oil is one of the most used oils around our house. I use it on my kids to help calm them and help them sleep, in our diffusers overnight, on our dogs to help them with their reverse sneezing and on minor skin irritations and bug bites.

2. Peppermint

Peppermint is another versatile oil that I use often. This oil is great for tension, occasional stomach discomfort, digestive system support, can help with occasional nausea and it is also a natural bug repellent. This one helps wake you up also!

3. Oregano

Oregano is an oil that some people aren't sure what to do with, but has been an awesome oil to have. When I'm not feeling well, I like to use oregano either internally or topically to help kick whatever is going on in my body. Oregano is also great for joint support, healthy nails and skin and can be use when cooking. These are just a few of the many uses.  *Note that this is a hot oil and should always be diluted with a carrier oil.*

4. Lemon

Lemon essential oil has a very uplifting scent, it makes a great cleaner (water, vinegar and 10-20 drops of lemon essential oil in a glass bottle), it can be used internally to detoxify and cleanse the body, helps with occasional nausea, nourishes the skin, helps with bug bites and many more uses!

5. Frankincense

Frankincense is an oil that I use when I'm not sure what to use for my ailment or issue. I love that it is calming, bring a sense of peace to you, it is amazing for cell health and support and helps with anti-aging (use it in a moisturizer for an easy way to apply it). I also like to use a combination of frankincense and lavender on my son's jaw line as he is getting teeth. There is a lot of research done on this oil with so many amazing uses!

6. Wild Orange

Wild orange essential oil makes a great room spray (mix 10 drops with water in a small glass spray bottle),

it can be used as an oven cleaner or general cleaner, helps support a healthy immune system, mix it with peppermint and breathe in deeply and rub on shoulders for a great pick-me-up and it is a very refreshing and uplifting scent. Open first thing in the morning and breathe in to get yourself going. Try to smell wild orange when you are in a bad mood and keep those negative thoughts. It is tough!

7. Melaleuca (Tea Tree)

Melaleuca is great for nail and skin support, cleaning, acne, promotes a healthy immune system, can help support respiratory function, purifies the air and many other great uses!

8. Breathe (Respiratory blend)

Breathe is a blend of many great essential oils and it helps support clear airways and clear breathing. This oil has saved the day several times with many different issues we have had going on at our house.

9. DigestZen (Digestive blend)

DigestZen is an awesome oil to have around when your stomach is upset or you're needing some digestive system support. I take this oil in water and drink it or in a veggie capsule. For my kids I have a blend of lavender and digestzen mixed with carrier oil in a roller bottle that I rub on their stomachs. This is one to have around after eating a big meal.

10. On Guard (Protective blend)

On Guard provides a natural way to support your immune system and it also makes a great cleaner! I use this one internally, in a roller bottle to roll on our feet, spine and neck to help ward off germs. I also use this in my homemade hand spray in place of other harsh products. I love having these options to keep my family healthy or lessen the effects of things that come our way.

11. Deep Blue (Soothing blend)

Deep blue is awesome for joints and muscles. Apply topically with some carrier oil and massage it in to the area of concern. This oil and the Deep Blue Rub have been amazing for my back and any other issues I have encountered. If you love to workout and need some muscle or joint support you will love Deep Blue also!

12. Copaiba

Copaiba is one of the most beneficial oils that you can find for many systems in the body. I love Copaiba mixed with Blue Tansy for my face (amazing results overnight!). Many other people use it for issues with their body systems, supporting inflammation issues and many many other things. Do some research on this oil!

13. Blue Tansy

Blue Tansy was an oil that I underestimated at first. It is AWESOME for joints and bothersome areas on your body. It is also amazing with Copaiba on the skin. Whether that is your face, dry, itchy skin or other issues. This oil is one that you will love. It's also awesome for inspiring taking action and to stop procrastinating.

14. Clary Calm

I use Clary Calm for issues related to my time of the month as well as supporting my hormone balance. I highly recommend rolling this one on your lower abdomen as needed to find some relief. Some ladies use it on the back of the neck and on the wrists for support going through changes later in life.

15. Serenity (Restful Blend)

If you need help quieting your mind, help with anxious feelings, falling asleep or getting restful sleep you will love Serenity. Everyone is different and everyone loves different oils for sleeping and other issues of course, but this is a very popular one. This helps me drift off to sleep quicker and have more restful sleep.

These are only some of the oils that I use regularly. I have so many that work great for me, my kids, my dogs and many people that I know. Do you have an issue that you would like to find some support for? Contact me and I would be happy to help! There's always an oil to help support your body whether that is emotionally, physically or mentally.
